Hours of work: 30 per week, 42.8 weeks per annum
(term time only minus first two weeks in September, but plus four training days).

An enthusiastic, creative and committed individual is sought to join our high-performing English Department.

We are a highly successful, OFSTED rated 'outstanding', 11-16 community mixed comprehensive school of 1,401 pupils, in a pleasant rural setting only five miles from the centre of Cambridge. Our purpose-built sixth form centre is scheduled to open in September 2011.
Our pupils are well motivated, staff morale is excellent and examination results are outstanding: 91% A*-C; 77% including Maths and English, and 45% A*/A in June 2009.
